- CONGRATULATIONS - no 13 in the official UK chart Top 40 and apparently on Top of the Pops this coming Friday 4th July. 25 years on and it doesn't get much Crazier...

- Terribly terribly busy with things here at the headquarters of AshleyX !!! However, enough time to purchase my copies of Crazier and collect them at 8.20 this morning. Time enough to listen to the tracks on the CDs a few times over whilst travelling on my working day. Time to decide immediately which are the best tracks, and time to wonder if others wil grow on me - like the Big Black Sea thing. However the versions of Ancients are superb - the early version is excellent indeed and is being played repeatedly at present to the detriment of the others I'm afraid. All in all a great package, although I'm not over sure on the live stuff - but then it's new live material and shows the record-buying public that he's out there doing it. I was lucky enough to have recorded the whole of the ARTE Germany programme, and so I can see the live tracks in context of the set and the interview. Here's a few pics from that to keep you going until you get your CD home!!!
